I am a freelance Finance Manager and my area of specialisation is preparing business plans and financial plans for SMEs and start up companies. My business plan will be tailor made especially for your own business and for the audience (banks/investors) you want to. It will not be a "fill in the blanks" or from a template business plan software. Almost all of the customers have been very satisfied with my plans as they have been able to secure the funds. The way I work is that I will come and meet up with you where we can discuss your business model, I will take down all my notes, and make sure that I understand your requirements. There will then be a few drafts business plans being exchanged back and forth until you are satisfied with the outcome. My business plan will consist of a 15-25 page word document including all write ups and P&L, BS and cash flows.
